There's a square hole in the back of the tensioner. Stick a 3/8 ratchet/breaker bar into it to relieve the tension, and pull the belt off one of the pulleys. I can't remember but you may have to remove the tensioner to get the belt off of it, or possibly you can slip the belt past it sideways. Been a minute since I've done this.

You are right, It is the buckle! Bad News: Not interchangeable, you have to buy one fresh from the dealer for the Correct Side ($140). More Bad News: After you replace the buckle (by almost taking the seat out lol) you need to manually reset the airbag code inside the computer to turn off the light.

The sensor is standing up with the plug on top. You have 2 coils, each one has the grey connector on the bottom and 2 towers on top for the plug wires. One coils does cyl 2&3, the other does 1&4. So if you had swapped 2&3 and still had an issue with 3, then look at the wire or plug.
