Empress is lvl 140 so it's fine to use as long as you don't potential to unique. Just don't delay getting CRA/absolab because you're going for empress. Depends on how quickly you progress. Empress gear takes a while to get since Cygnus is weekly, so some people get to CRA before they have time to get empress gear.

I would say go for 10 star tyrants after everything is roughly 21-24%+.DMT = Double Miracle Time. It's an event where cubes go on a ~30% discount and have 2x the chance to tier up your gear. They usually do 3 per year including 1 every March. During DMT the cost of each legendary goes from 800m to about 350m so you wanna have as many mesos saved up as possible. And yeah they affect reboot.

The video didn't really cover why absos are so essential to progression. It's a lot of stats but more than that, the time gate for the replacement just takes way too long. The replacement for absos is arcane gear. This takes several months to get all your arcane pieces.

Kanna is a must-have in reboot because reboot is all about meso farming for cubes to get good potentials (also has one of the best link skills %dmg). Preferably you want to get your kanna to 150 to get the hyperskill for tp farming.
