The next step in the process is interviewing with the hiring manager and sometimes additional team members. This is conducted either in-person or virtually via video conference. It is an interactive forum to do a deeper dive into your background as well as the job opportunity. LifeStance grew extremely fast and has a lot of growing pains, but new leadership has clearly made a lot of investment in changing the direction to slower, more sustainable, and thoughtful growth. It's been a very fun transition it experience and working at LifeStance has continued to become more rewarding as a result.Very siloed positions, very corporate feel, low pay. LifeStance acquires smaller mental health providers and changes the environment of those offices, moving staff to regional/national positions. LifeStance seems to be acquiring before they have a game plan on how to manage new acquisitions. Horrible customer service, apathy, instability. 30 minute hold times, then you get disconnected and agent doesn't even have the decensy to call you back. Doctors disappear overnight and they leave patients scrambling to find a new Dr. while their prescriptions run out. Awful people who don't care.
