New water pump, full antifreeze, new heater core, new thermostat and running 210F engine temp. heat drops to little or nothing at idle and blows pretty good at speed. A lot of us (including myself) don't really like seeing the numbers so high, but there's no choice but to accept that the engineers designed the engine to operate at this temperature range.
