I’ve beaten junimo kart several times now, but always by taking the lava path. I’ve never even gotten half way through let alone beaten the mushroom path. It’s at the point where I all but give up if the kart goes that way.FWIW if you’re on desktop, you can get a time mod. They’ll still lose the day, but you could play to your hearts content.
