Most of the time the doors not working is caused by a bad switch (usually the base position switch) in the rear door latch/motor assembly. I just noticed today that my passenger side sliding door will not unlock all doors when touching the handle (key fob in pocket). I tried it with the "Child safety lock" on and off. All other doors do open as soon as my hand touches the handle.

The door will unlock manually by pushing down or pulling up on the door lock post, it can be locked/unlocked using a key, and it can be unlocked/locked from the drivers side lock switch or drivers side key.It even gives me the 3 beeps when I push the close button, when the door is already closed.
