Withered gives +163 S for me on a legendary sword. A player has cata 50 and 2240 S+C without a sword reforge (DeathStreeks). Withered gives +185 S on a legendary weapon for him. If you can get Valkyrie for dungeons, get it, its pretty much the best weapon for dungeons with the ferocity, item ability, and general stats.
