Jul 12, 2016 · WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A UVERSE REMOTE CONTROL. I need a replacement UVERSE remote. I checked at the ATT store by my house and was told to order one online at ATT.COM. I placed the order on July 7th - paying up-front for the remote and for next-day shipping. I never received it and am being told now that the basic UVERSE remote is on backorder. To change that - att/ok -955 -enter & the volume control follows the mode button. Or, att/ok-955-aux-enter to always control the sound bar. The second step is to add it to the power list - att/ok - 977 - att - TV - aux -enter. If you call for a replacement remote - the new remote is an S20.
