I'm using Ryujinx with a Ryzen 9 3900X and basically never get slowdowns on any game that works well in Ryujinx but with this mod I max out at 40fps basically. It's so weird. Just go on Yuzu's mod directory (a quick Google search like "yuzu mods" will get you there) and download the 60 FPS patch, inside will be a folder. Copy that folder that says "60FPS" and right click on your mhgu in ryujinx.
